Real property alleges Tusk Realty Services, Tusk Land Development owes nearly $70,000

HOUSTON – A property owner alleges a company hired to manage her properties failed to remit funds.

Olga Dub filed a complaint on Jan. 16 in the Harris County District Court against Tusk Realty Services LLC, Tusk Land Development Corp. and Quenton Robinson alleging fraud and breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 6, 2014, Tusk Realty agreed to maintain and manage plaintiff's real property. The plaintiff alleges Tusk Realty failed to remit funds for several months in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

On Jan. 14, 2016, the plaintiff also alleges she loaned Tusk Land Development $55,000 and only $5,500 has been repaid on that loan.

The plaintiff alleges she is owed $69,117.25 from the defendants.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury, interest, attorney's fees and such other and further relief to which she may be entitled. She is represented by Timothy J. Henderson in Bellaire.
