Customer alleges Walgreen's negligence caused fall

HOUSTON — A Harris County customer is suing Walgreen, alleging negligence caused her to slip and fall. .

Nancy Earle filed a complaint March 9 in Harris County District Court against Walgreen Co., alleging negligence and failure to provide a safe environment.

According to the complaint, on April 27, 2018,EArle was at the Walgreen's, 9378 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston. The suit states the plaintiff was caused to slip and fall on a substance that was leaking out of a container on a merchandise shelf, resulting in serious injuries.

Earle seeks damages between $200,000 and $1 million, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by attorney John Pappavlou of the PM Law Firm in Humble.
