HOUSTON — A Houston attorney is suing a client, alleging she has not paid him more than $12,000 for services issued.

Bryan Fagan, individually and also known as the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, filed a complaint July 1 in Harris County District Court against Sonia Flores, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Fagan entered into a contract with Flores on Aug. 3, 2018, to provide legal representation. The plaintiff says he provided legal services to Flores with the understanding that he would be paid by the defendant.

The suit alleges the plaintiff sent a demand letter for payment to Flores on May 28, 2019, for the $12,518.48 balance owed. The lawsuit states the defendant has failed to pay.

Fagan seeks damages, award of $12,518.48 for the goods and services provided, attorney fees, interest and all other equitable relief. He is represented by attorney Mohammadali Shahmohammidi of the Law Office of Bryan Fagan in Houston.
