HOUSTON — A Houston man is suing a construction company, alleging it failed to complete the work it was paid to do.

According to the complaint, Argueta and Craco Construction entered into an agreement Dec. 5, 2018, in which the defendant agreed to build a new home at 8129 Chateau St., Houston and rebuild a home on Seymour Street.
