HOUSTON — A Harris County investment company is suing a client who allegedly has failed to pay back a loan.
Shane Wilbur and Dam/MVM Family Investments LP filed a complaint July 19 in Harris County District Court against Ruckel/Dillon Inc., alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, Wilbur and Dam/MVM Family Investments loaned money to the defendant but the defendant has failed to repay the plaintiff regarding commissions. The plaintiff alleges it has fully performed its obligated duties but the defendant has failed to honor their agreement.
Shane Wilbur and Dam/MVM Family Investments seeks attorney fees, court costs and all just relief. It is represented by attorney Fred Dietrich of The Dietrich Law Firm in Houston.
