HOUSTON — Pasadena property owners are suing a Duncanville contractor, alleging the defendant's work was done negligently.

BakerRipley, Antonio Barboza and Aurora Barboza filed a complaint Aug. 19 in Harris County District Court against Tammy Britton individually, and doing business as All-in-One Services, alleging negligence and breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs contracted the defendant to provide repairs to a property at 3612 Newton, Pasadena on April 11, 2018. The suit alleges All-In-One has been negligent in failing to deliver the services for which they were paid or to do the work in a professional fashion.

The plaintiffs allege they had to pay $24,979.50 to correct the negligent work performed by All-In-One, to which the plaintiffs had paid $42,550.03 for the original repairs.

BakerRipley and the Barbozas seek up to $100,000, trial by jury, interest, attorney fees, court costs and all other just relief. They are represented by attorney Wade R. Quinn of Ramey, Chandler, Quinn & Zito PC in Houston.
