HOUSTON — A woman is suing A'gaci after the adhesive breast lift tape she purchased from the retailer ripped off her skin.

Jacqueline Covington filed a complaint Dec. 23 in the Harris County District Court against A'gaci LLC and others alleging negligence, gross negligence, strict product liability, breach of implied warranty and express warranty, fraud and infliction of emotional distress.

Covington purchased an adhesive breast lift tape at A'gaci at the Galleria in Houston. She alleges in her complaint that on Dec. 25, 2017 she noticed the stinging sensation on her breast while wearing the tape that was caused by her skin being ripped off. She suffered wounds on both of her breasts.

Covington seeks monetary relief, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Attorney Roxell Richards in Houston.
