HOUSTON — A woman who fell and suffered injuries after the steps in her apartment complex caved in is claiming negligence.
Elouise Green filed a complaint Feb. 14 in the Harris County District Court against Park Houston Apartments LLC alleging negligence.
Green alleges in her complaint that on Oct. 10, 2018, while leaving her apartment, she fell through steps that had caved in and became stuck. She claims she suffered injuries to her shoulder, back and neck. Green alleges the apartment complex failed to correct or warn her of the dangerous condition that caused her injuries.
Green seeks monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Zachary Ketaner of The Daspit Law Firm in Houston.
