GALVESTON — A Texas City business is suing a corporate client, alleging the defendant owes more than $200,000.
Dunn Heat Exchangers Inc. filed a complaint Aug. 14 in Galveston County District Court against Texas Signature Industrial Services LLC, alleging failure to pay.
The plaintiff alleges Texas Signature has failed to pay for services, labor and materials provided to the defendant. Dunn Heat seeks payment in the balance of $201,726.85, plus interest.
Dunn Heat Exchangers seeks the balance owed, plus attorney fees of $25,000, interest, costs of suit and all other just relief. It is represented by attorney Michael B. Hughes of McLeod, Alexander, Powel & Apffel PC in Galveston.
