HOUSTON — A former Enbridge energy transportation company worker has filed a class action alleging he and others were not paid for overtime for working more than 40 hours per week.

James Kleckner, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated,  filed a complaint April 15 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Enbridge USA alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
