HOUSTON - A man was standing outside of a body shop when an employee allegedly hit him with a vehicle, according to a recently filed lawsuit.
Seeking up to $1 million in damages, Rigoberto Sanchez filed suit against Car Van Truck Auto Repair on Jan. 18 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on April 23, 2023, the plaintiff was at the defendant’s body shop standing outside when an employee failed to keep a proper lookout and struck him with their vehicle.
The plaintiff is alleging negligence.
