HOUSTON - A woman has brought a slip and fall lawsuit against Kroger Texas after slipping on cheese dip in May of 2022.
Seeking less than $75,000 in damages, Patsy Patterson Coley filed her suit on Jan. 29 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on May 15, 2022, Coely was at a Houston Kroger when she slipped on cheese dip in the produce aisle.
The floor was not slip resistant and there were no warning signs in the area, the suit states.
Coley is alleging negligence.
