HOUSTON - A woman alleging a tent fell on her and knocked her to the ground has filed suit against Kroger Texas and Quality Mop & Broom.
Seeking up to $1 million in damages, Meoucha Davis filed her suit on March 18 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on June 29, 2023, Davis was shopping at a Galveston Kroger. As she was in the store, a tent unexpectedly fell on her, knocking her to the ground.
Davis is alleging negligence and gross negligence.
