HOUSTON - A personal injury lawsuit seeking up to $1 million in damages has been filed against Kroger Texas.
Alleging negligence and premises liability, Rebecca Reta Gonzalez filed her suit on March 15 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was shopping at a Houston Kroger when she slipped on liquid detergent and suffered injuries.
The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kristin Suniga of the Law Offices of Marcos & Associates.
