John Timberlake has filed a lawsuit against Pablo Juventino Trinidad in the District Court of Harris County, Texas under case number 2024-21765. The case was lodged on April 5, 2024, with Timberlake alleging that Trinidad's negligence led to a car collision resulting in severe bodily injuries.

The plaintiff, John Timberlake, is represented by an unnamed attorney. He alleges that on April 6, 2023, he was involved in a car accident caused by Trinidad's negligence. The defendant is accused of failing to maintain proper lookout and distance from Timberlake's vehicle, operating at an excessive speed, and being distracted while driving.

As a result of the collision, Timberlake suffered serious bodily injuries leading to substantial medical expenses. He incurred costs for past and future medical care, experienced physical pain and suffering both past and future, lost earning capacity both past and future among other damages.

Timberlake is seeking monetary relief of over $250,000 but not more than $1 million for his damages. He asserts that these damages are a direct result of the accident caused by Trinidad's negligence.
