In the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 of Harris County, USAA General Indemnity Company has filed a lawsuit against Next Level Valet, LLC under the cause number 1226207 on April 15, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant failed to exercise a reasonable degree of care which resulted in the theft of a vehicle in their possession.
