Todai Saleem sues Rachael Robinson for car collision resulting in serious bodily injuries

In a lawsuit filed in the Harris County - County Civil Court at Law No. 3, plaintiff Todai Saleem is suing defendant Rachael Robinson for a car collision that allegedly resulted in serious bodily injuries. The case ID is 1224974 and it was filed on March 26, 2024.

On December 3, 2023, Saleem claims to have been driving in a parking lot of a restaurant in Harris County when Robinson caused a collision. According to the plaintiff's lawyer, James D. Burkhalter from Smith & Hassler, Robinson failed to maintain proper lookout, yield appropriately, control her vehicle effectively and even suspected of operating her vehicle while intoxicated.

Saleem alleges that as a direct result of the accident, he suffered bodily injuries and incurred expenses amounting to $50,000 or less. These expenses include past medical costs, future medical care costs, loss of earnings and household services both in the past and future as well as mental anguish.

The plaintiff is seeking monetary relief for his damages along with post-judgment interest and any other relief he may be entitled to by law or equity. He has also demanded a jury trial for this case.
