Texas woman sues for slip and fall at Sears
A Texas woman is suing Sears Roebuck and Co. and Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC alleging negligence in a slip and fall on the property. The plaintiff Barbara Gillis filed suit against the defendants in the District Court of Jefferson County. According to the case, the Gillis was shopping in the houseware section at the Sears Roebuck on or about January 26th, 2015.
