Nice to see an opinion supporting our Constitution. (see "Arguments. Our View: Preserve, protect and defend." Jan. 9, 2010.)
How about something on nullification.
There is a grassroots (Tea Party) event slated for 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 16, in Austin on the South steps of the state Capitol to pressure the governor to call a special session in regard to nullification.
Texas needs to lead the Nation in standing up to the ever-increasing trampling of the Constitution by D.C. and the current administration (Not that previous admins have not done the same).
They think its "Charmin."
