Alleging he sustained injuries in an automobile collision, Orange County resident Jason Glanzer is suing United States Industrial Services and one of its employees, Patrick Letulle.

The suit was filed Nov. 28 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on Oct. 17 Glanzer was stopped for congested traffic on Highway 73 in Port Arthur when he was struck by a truck driven by Letulle, who was in the course and scope of his employment with United States Industrial.
