A Seabrook ambulance company is being sued over claims its driver injured a passenger.
Ignacio Benavides filed a negligence suit on April 2 in Harris County District Court against Bay Star Ambulance and EMS, of Seabrook.

Clear Lake man sued over alleged trip-and-fall

A California man is suing over claims a Clear Lake resident caused him to trip and fall at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
California resident Jerome Smith filed a lawsuit on Friday, April 13 in the Harris County District Court against Primeflight Aviation Services and Clear Lake resident Ulysses C. Bell III, citing negligence.

Clear Lake pediatrician accused of defamation

A Clear Lake pediatrician is being sued over claims he sullied a former patient's good name while speaking at a 2011 political fundraiser.
Aloysius Duyhung Hoang filed a lawsuit on Wednesday, April 18 in the Harris County District Court against Dr. Bay Van Nguyen, of Clear Lake, citing defamation and breach of fiduciary duty.
