According to the complaint, Sanchez's truck was towed to Price's impound yard March 18, and when he attempted to pay the impound fee, he was informed his vehicle had been sold to Baqdounes who then informed him he had resold it.

The defendants are accused of conversion and theft.

Sanchez is seeking $15,000 in property damage and $10,000 in attorney's fees.

He is being represented in the case by attorney Charles R. Kaufmann in Galveston.
