HOUSTON — A Houston based company is facing a suit alleging it failed to pay more than $13,000 in payment and commission for sales services.

Steven Williams filed a complaint Sept. 24 in Harris County District Court against Global Laser Inc.

According to Williams' complaint, he entered into a contract with Global Laser to perform sales services in exchange for a payment as well as a commission. He alleges he is owed $13,950 under the terms of the agreement and despite sending a demand for payment, Global Laser has failed to pay him what he is owed. Williams further alleges in his complaint that if the $13,950 is not paid within 30 days of his complaint being served, he will proceed with legal action.

Williams seeks monetary relief of $250,000 or less, interest, trial by jury and all other just relief. He is represented by Attorney Joshua Stein in Houston.
