Cozen O'Connor announces Aaron Holt to Serve as Co-Chair of ABA Employee Privacy Subcommittee

Aaron Holt, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Labor & Employment Department, has been named the co-chair of the Employee Privacy Subcommittee of the America Bar Association’s Employment Rights & Responsibilities Committee. The Employment Rights & Responsibilities Committee is focused on developments in labor & employment law governing the rights and responsibilities of individual workers and their employers in the workplace as well as the resolution of disputes between individual employees and employers. The Privacy Subcommittee focuses on developments and changes in state, federal, or local law relating to employee privacy in the workplace.

Aaron partners with in-house counsel and human resources professionals to provide practical guidance on workforce matters and resolve employment disputes. He represents a diverse group of employers across the country, and his clients include Fortune 500 companies in the banking, financial services, manufacturing, grocery, retail, gaming, hospitality, health care, and energy industries. He regularly defends his clients against single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits and investigations brought by state and federal administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He has represented management before the National Labor Relations Board with respect to union elections, claims of unfair labor practices, injunction hearings, and labor arbitrations.
