HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit seeking up to $250,000 in damages has been brought against Family Dollar Stores of Texas.
Alleging negligence, Kathy Baloney filed her suit on March 1 in Harris County District Court.
According to her lawsuit, Baloney was at a Family Dollar walking down an aisle when she slipped on what appeared to be dish soap.
