HOUSTON - A lawsuit seeking up to $1 million in damages is alleging a man was attacked by bed bugs two years ago.
Alleging negligence, Henry Joseph Martel Jr. filed suit against the Palace Lodging Group on March 1 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on March 5, 2022, Martel was a guest at Palace Inn when he “was attacked by bed bugs,” causing him to suffer severe and lifelong injuries.
The plaintiff is suing for exemplary damages.
