HOUSTON - A woman claiming she was “impaled by a security tag nail” is suing Burlington Coat Factory of Texas.
Seeking up to $1 million in damages, Ranim Asaliyeh filed her suit March 11 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, Asaliyeh was walking around the Burlington Coat Factory in Webster when she was “impaled by a security tag ‘nail.’”
She alleges the defendant negligently failed to maintain the premises.
