Alleged faulty go-kart results in injury suit against U.S. Golf & Games

HOUSTON - A woman has filed suit against U.S. Golf & Games, claiming that a go-kart with a faulty brake system struck her. 

Seeking up to $1 million in damages, Elizabeth Rincon filed her suit on March 25 in Harris County District Court. 

According to the lawsuit, on Dec. 17, 2022, Rincon was at U.S. Golf & Games, which offers go-kart rides to patrons as part of its entertainment attractions. She claims she was struck by a go-kart with a faulty brake system, resulting in injury. 

Rincon is accusing the defendant of negligently failing to maintain the faulty go-kart.
