HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit seeking up to $1 million in damages has been brought against DSW Shoe.
Alleging negligence, Gwendolyn Bradshaw filed her suit on March 22 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on March 23, 2022, the plaintiff was at DSW when she slipped on a substance and fell to the floor.
Attorney Wayne Jones of Miller Law represents the plaintiff.
