Tamika sues Sherry for vehicular negligence

In the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 of Harris County, Texas, a lawsuit has been filed by plaintiff Tamika Ann Graves against defendant Sherry Ann Boss. The case, bearing the ID 'CAUSE No. 17°"', was filed on April 5, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that on January 3rd, she was involved in a vehicular accident when the defendant ran a stop sign and collided with her vehicle. The defendant was ticketed at the scene for failure to yield the right of way and causing the accident. As a result of this incident, Graves sustained severe injuries and incurred medical expenses.

Graves is seeking monetary relief of $250,000 or less for damages including medical expenses, physical pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical impairment, loss of earnings and disfigurement.
