The Auto Club County Mutual Insurance Co. has filed a lawsuit against Bryce Wayne Brittimes in the Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 2, under Cause No. 1226126. The suit was filed on an unspecified date, alleging that Brittimes' negligence caused an accident resulting in damages paid by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's lawyers, Christopher A. Fusselman and Jason E. Wells of The Fusselman Law Firm, detailed the incident in which Brittimes failed to yield at a red light and collided with the insured party's vehicle. The accident occurred at approximately 7:20 p.m., at the intersection of Almeda Rd. and Airport Blvd., Houston, Texas. The total amount claimed for damages is $21,201.32.

The lawsuit claims that Brittimes' negligence directly resulted in total loss damages, salvage expenses, and loss of use/rental costs incurred by the plaintiff's insured party. The defendant's insurance carrier has reportedly refused coverage for these costs.

Auto Club County Mutual Insurance Co. is seeking monetary relief for damages paid on behalf of its insured party due to the accident caused by Brittimes' negligence. In addition to the damage costs, they are also seeking recovery of reasonable attorney fees and court costs as per Texas Insurance Code § 542.302.
