In the District Court of Harris County, Texas, plaintiffs Estela Vasquez, Enrique Fabian Vasquez, and Anabel Vasquez have filed a lawsuit against defendant Jose Hernandez. The case, bearing the ID 2024-23491 and dated April 12, 2024, alleges negligence on the part of Hernandez leading to a vehicular collision.

The plaintiffs are represented by their lawyer Wanda Chambers. They allege that on July 14, 2022, while traveling in Harris County, Texas, they were involved in a collision caused by Hernandez. The accident resulted in serious bodily injuries to all three plaintiffs. The defendant's negligent actions included failure to maintain proper lookout for safety, failure to yield appropriately and failure to operate his vehicle prudently.

The plaintiffs are seeking damages for their incurred medical expenses as well as pain and suffering due to the accident. They assert that these expenses were necessary for the care and treatment of injuries resulting from the accident or the aggravation of prior injuries.
