HOUSTON - Together with a coalition of states, Harris County Attorney Christian D. Menefee filed an amicus brief in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals supporting the Environmental Protection Agency’s “Good Neighbor Plan.”

HOUSTON – Yesterday, Harris County Attorney Christian D. Menefee was joined by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis announced that Harris County will sue state officials over Senate Bill 1750 and Senate Bill 1933, a press release states.
