  Ship captain blames owner for injuries sustained during fall

  GALVESTON — A Louisiana man who served as the captain of a ship operating off the coast of Texas is suing the owners of the vessel after he suffered injuries when he tripped over a piece of equipment allegedly left behind by a previous crew.
