  U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans TEXARKANA, Texas � The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to rehear oral arguments by Pilgrim's Pride Corp. over the court's decision in favor of chicken growers.
