  Raintree Village Homeowners Association sues Property Owners for Unpaid Assessments

  The Raintree Village Homeowners Association has initiated legal proceedings against two property owners in Harris County over unpaid community assessments totaling $1,295.85. Filed on September 27th in Texas's Judicial District Court by attorneys from Holt Tollett P.C., the suit seeks payment plus attorney fees and possible foreclosure if debts remain unsettled.
