  Harris County resident accuses cab company and driver of gross negligenceHOUSTON — A passenger is suing Greater Houston Transportation, d/b/a Yellow Cab and Gbenga Oluwolle, cab company and driver, citing alleged failure to protect.Destiny Davis filed a complaint on July 3, in the Galveston County District Court against the defendants alleging that they failed to properly train its independent contractor driver.According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, in July 29, 2015, she was stabbed repeatedly inside defendants' cab.
