  Healthcare facility operators sue business partnerGALVESTON — Healthcare facility operators are suing JVJ Health Care Center Inc. and WTCS Health Care Center Inc., business partner, citing alleged breach of agreement.JVJ Healthcare LLC and Carson Healthcare LLC filed a complaint on April 27, in the Galveston County District Court against the defendants alleging that they failed to perform their obligations under the terms of the contract.According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that, in Dec. 21, 2012, JVJ Healthcare LLC and Carson Healthcare LLC the parties entered into several agreements involving the operation of two nursing home facilities located in Galveston County.
