A bank is seeking to foreclose a Beaumont property.
CitiFinancial Servicing filed an application for an order for foreclosure order Oct. 21 in Jefferson County District Court against Frankie A. and Steven R. Boucher.
According to the complaint, the defendants have defaulted on a home equity loan for their property on Rosine Street in Beaumont. The plaintiff says the defendants have missed at least 27 monthly payments, requiring $33,983 to cure the default and $71,265 to pay off the loan.
The plaintiff seeks an order so it may proceed with the foreclosure. It is represented by attorney Aaron Espinoza of Hughes, Watters and Askanase in Houston.
