A Galveston County man is suing over injuries allegedly sustained in a collision.
Anthony Anzaldua filed a lawsuit Oct. 27 in Galveston County District Court against Terrin Lee Brooks and Linda Brooks, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Anzaldua was coming to a stop on Palmer Highway in Texas City on Nov. 12, 2012, when Terrin Lee Brooks, an unlicensed driver driving Linda Brooks' vehicle, struck him from behind.
Anzaldua is represented by attorney Rich Melendez of Melendez Law in Houston.
