Two Texas women are suing over claims they were injured in a collision.
Lacy Collins and Breanna Stafford filed a lawsuit Dec. 12 in Galveston County District Court against Raymond Harrell, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Collins and Stafford were traveling southbound on Fife Lane in Galveston County on Dec. 16, 2012, when their vehicle was struck by Harrell's and they sustained injuries.
Collins and Stafford seek more than $50,000 in damages. They are represented by attorney William H. Wellborne of Houston.
