A Jefferson County man is suing over claims he was injured in a collision.
Timothy Hodges filed a lawsuit Nov. 5 in Jefferson County District Court against Laurence Risen, et al.
According to the complaint, Hodges was driving in Jefferson County on Oct. 9, 2014, when his vehicle was struck by a Triad Transport Inc. vehicle driven by Risen, and Hodges sustained injuries.
Hodges seeks more than $100,000 in damages. He is represented by attorney B. Adam Terrell of Weller, Green, Toups and Terrell in Beaumont.
