A Jefferson County man is suing over claims his home was struck by a vehicle.
Dugan Allen Shry, et al, filed a lawsuit Nov. 5, 2014, in Jefferson County District Court against Robert Leslie Bodin Sr., citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Bodin was operating a motor vehicle Sept. 13, 2014, when his vehicle left the road and struck the plaintiff's home on North 36th Street in Nederland. The complaint states Dawn Diana Shry sustained injuries, and the home sustained damages.
The Shrys seek more than $100,000 in damages. They are represented by attorney B. Adam Terrell of Weller, Green, Toups and Terrell in Beaumont.
