A bank is seeking to foreclose on a Beaumont home.
Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2005-OPT1, asset-backed certificates, series 2005-OPT1, filed an application for foreclosure Nov. 21, 2014, in Jefferson County District Court naming Robbie C. Rice as respondent.
According to the complaint, the bank seeks to foreclose a home equity lien against Rice's home on Harrison Street in Beaumont. The complaint states that more than $11,600 is required to cure the default on the loan, and more than $102,500 is needed to pay off the loan.
The bank is represented by attorneys Lori Liane Long, Tracey Midkiff and Israel Saucedo of Mackie Wolfe Zientz & Mann in Dallas.
