Couple seeks $1M to $10M for motorcycle wreck

A man and woman are seeking up to $10 million after suing over claims they were injured by an out-of-control motorcycle.

Daniel and Georgina Alicea of Bryan filed a lawsuit Dec. 22, 2014, in Galveston County District Court against David Livingston, citing serious injury to both when they were hit by a motorcycle driven by Livingston.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 2, 2013, the plaintiffs were walking in Galveston County when they were hit by Livingston, who lost control of his vehicle while attempting to pop a wheelie.

The plaintiffs seek damages between $1 million and $10 million. They are represented by attorneys David W. Bergquist and Nichols M. Wills of the Bergquist Law Firm in Houston.
