JP Morgan Chase Bank has filed an application for foreclosure proceedings against Suzanne Frost and Justin M. Drake, 3100 Humble Road, Orange, 77630.
The pair obtained a note for $39,000 on Nov. 12, 1998. Monthly payments of $378 have not been made since Oct. 20, 2006. The bank is seeking the unpaid balance of $31,909, interest and court costs.
