In the story "Insurer blames plumbing company for bathtub leak at Beaumont Hotel" appearing on the Southeast Texas Record website on March 22 and in print in the March 31 edition, the defendant was not clearly identified.
The plumbing company being sued is not Hawkins Plumbing of Beaumont. The defendant in this suit is the Hawkins Plumbing company based in El Paso.
