Potential sexual harassment claim brought against Turner Industries

A petition to perpetuate testimony has been filed against Turner Industries Group which seeks the deposition of two former company employees.

Alleging she was sexually harassed, Marilyn Woods filed the petition July 28 in Jefferson County District Court.

The petition seeks the testimony from former Tuner Industries employees Daniel Ashley and Bradley Bing.

In her claim, Woods states that during her employment with Turner Industries, her supervisor, Ashley, sexually harassed her. She claims she reported the incidents to Bing, who allegedly allowed the harassment to continue to occur.

Woods is seeking testimony from all individuals who may have witnessed the incidents for the purposes of bringing suit.

Beaumont attorney Clay Dugas represents her.

Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court, has been assigned to the case.
