  • LBS Innovations v. Aaron Brothers Inc. et al

    LBS Innovations is a New Jersey limited liability company.

    The defendants are Aaron Brothers Inc.; Academy Ltd. doing business as Academy Sports + Outdoors; Adams Golf Inc.; Adams Golf Ltd.; Comerica Inc.; CompUSA.com Inc.; Conn's Inc.; Fossil Inc.; GameStop Corp. d/b/a GameStop Corp. of Delaware; Homestyle Dining; Hotels.com; Pier 1 Imports Inc.; Rug Doctor Inc.; Stage Stores Inc.; TigerDirect Inc.; and Whole Foods Market Inc.

    The defendants are accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 6,091,956 issued July 18, 2000, for Situation Information System.

    The plaintiff is asking for an award of damages, interest, attorney's fees and court costs.

    LBS Innovations is represented by Christopher M. Joe, Eric W. Buether, Brian Carpenter and Mark D. Perantie of Buether Joe & Carpenter in Dallas.

    A jury trial is requested.

    U.S. District Judge David Folsom is assigned to the case.

  • MacroSolve Inc. v. Brazos Technology Corp. et al

    MacroSolve is an Oklahoma corporation with its principal place of business in Tulsa.

    The defendants are Brazos Technology Corp., On the Spot Systems Inc., Formstack and Blue Shoe Mobile Solutions.

    The defendants are accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 7, 822, 816 issued Oct. 26, 2010, for System and Method for Data Management.

    MacroSolve is asking the Court to issue a permanent injunction preventing further infringement of the '816 patent and for an award of reasonable royalty, interest, court costs and attorney's fees.

    The plaintiff is represented by Matthew J. Antonelli, Zachariah S. Harrington and Larry D. Thompson Jr. of Antonelli, Harrington & Thompson in Houston.

    A jury trial is requested.

    U.S. District Judge Leonard E. Davis is assigned to the case.
