SHERMAN - An Oklahoma woman is suing a Collin County resident for more than $75,000 for rear-ending her vehicle.

Susan A. Parham-Lewis filed suit against Kendall R. Nicholson on March 7 in the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division.

According to the lawsuit, on April 9, 2009, Parham-Lewis was traveling in a 2008 Toyota Tundra pickup on East Park Road in the city of Parker when she was rear-ended by Nicholson, who was driving a Dodge Ram pickup.
